As we know about two weeks back Alex was hospitalized after suffering from some sort of chest discomfort. Later, it was confirmed that exact cause behind his sorry condition was a minor heart attack. Fortunately, in time medical aid provided by the doctors facilitated a speedy recovery. Now once more Alex is as hale and hearty as he has always been.

Not only our much loved host vacated his hospital bed but he is totally geared up to shoot for fresh Jeopardy episodes at the earliest available opportunity. Alex holds the credit for hosting the longest running quiz based series in the history of U.S. television. Presently he is residing in California alongside his lovely wife Jean and two kids.

During the recovery period, Alex desires to spend some personal moments with his loved ones. Millions prayed for his quick recuperation. To thank his fans, Jeopardy host came up with following statement, “I’m truly overwhelmed by the great show of support and compassion expressed in the past few days to me, my family and my co-workers.”

Alex, it seems as if you keep your fans and co-workers above everything else. It’s been more that a decade since you have been regularly hosting the Jeopardy episodes and have never flinched an inch from this responsibility. Although age is catching up with you, still you are able to strike a great rapport with contestants.

Alex can be naughty as well, how often we see him putting the contestants in a difficult situation by asking complex questions from them. No wonder this superlative show has been entitled as, “Jeopardy.”
